Description:		Original numbers matching Southern California 912 that was with the second owner for over 30 years. This 912 was purchased as a used car two year old in 1968 from Cotton Goff with original warranty book and Christophorus magazine that was presented on day of purchase. Cosmetically this Porsche has undergone a complete repaint in 2008 using Glasruit paint (Bahama Yellow) and has never had a color change. The underside of hood, rear deck lid, inside door panels and door jambs is still all original paint. All new rubber was used in the reassembly including new bumper/deco trim as well. Thousands of dollars were spent on re-chroming window frames and professionally reassembled with correct window seals and channeling. New H4 headlights were installed. The window regulators were rebuilt by Stoddard along with all original tinted glass per Kardex. This 912 still retains all five original date coded wheels. The interior benefits from a new headliner, new seat covers, and new rear back panel. Mechanically the car has undergone an engine rebuild by Bob Mohler with new bearings, big bore piston /cylinders from NLA, complete valve job, powder coated engine sheet metal, upgraded cooling fan, new sound deadening, new axels, and new transmission seals. This is an excellent example of a early short wheel base 912 in classic colors! It is very solid and rust free. Great mechanics with strong 1600cc engine producing 95 horse power, smooth shifting transmission and four wheel disc brakes. An excellent 912 that is ready to drive & enjoy!
