On November 30, 2015, TRE Motorsports, located in Van Nuys, California, completed an overhaul of the braking system, which involved the replacement of the calipers, rotors, pads, and the master cylinder. In 2021, further enhancements were made to the 914, including a clutch service, new rear Bilstein shocks and springs, a new battery, and new shifter bushings. Routine oil services have been performed annually, with the vehicle accumulating less than 7,000 miles since 2015.
