In 1966 Ferrari and Pininfarina released a new coupe at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show on chassis 8329. It was a more luxurious alternative to the 275 GTB/4 and took styling cues from the flagship 500 Superfast which it effectively replaced.

Parts from Ferrari's existing production made the 330 GTC familiar within the range. It used a modified version of the 275 GTB/4's frame and the Tipo 209/66 V12 engine from the 330 GT 2+2 Series II. It also benefited from disc brakes, a fully independent suspension and timeless styling from Pininfarina.

The Coupe's design had some quintessential Ferrari traits such as the oval egg crate grill and pronounced front fenders from the 500 Superfast and mixed them with a delicate coupe body having slim pillars and excellent all-around visibility.

With 300 bhp on tap, the 330 GTC was no slouch either. It could reach 60 mph in 6.5 seconds and max out at a top speed of 150 mph. Power was put down by either ten-hole cast alloy wheels or optional Borrani Record wire wheels.

Inside, the car was well appointed with power windows, leather seats, a teak veneered dashboard and a triple-spoked, wooden-rimmed steering wheel. Air conditioning was offered as an option.

It's no surprise that the 330 GTC sold well. 600 were produced before the model was updated in 1968 with a 4.4-litre V12 and renamed the 365 GTC.

This Ferrari 330 GTC was recently painted by Perfect Reflections. The interior was handled by Auto's International and blends an original dash with correctly sourced original grain Italian hides. Duggan Motorsports handled the mechanicals and has recently detailed the bottom, suspension and gone through the brake system.

It's presented with five Borrani wire wheels, proper jack, tools and owner's manual. This is one of the prettiest, best driving 330 GTC's around. This car is at our showroom in Costa Mesa and we look forward to having you drop by for a look!
